Both primary and secondary packaging are done in-house: bottling with counting, desiccant insertion, induction sealing, and cap torquing, plus labeling, lot and expiry coding, shrink banding, cartoning, and case packing. Your product can leave our dock retail-ready.
Yes. We offer climate-controlled warehousing with FIFO/FEFO rotation and lot-level inventory control, plus product handling and outbound shipping — pallet configuration to your routing guide and freight coordination to your 3PL, distribution center, or marketplace fulfillment network.
Every run is produced against an approved master manufacturing record, with a batch production record documenting in-process weight checks, metal detection, and packaging inspections. Certificate of analysis support and lot traceability documentation are available for every lot.
